California's 2008 Proposition 8, banning same sex marriage, is under attack again. This time it is from the federal level, the U. S. District Court. The California Supreme Court upheld the California's people right's to define a historical union between a man and a woman. Society has defined and established a marital union between a man and a woman for centuries. Homosexuality has been around for centuries. Society has know about the homosexual's all along and there will never be acceptance of same sex marriage society. The court system will never change society's stance. The federal court system, however, does have any mandate to uphold the will of the people of the nation as a whole. What if judges and attorney's could be sued in a people's hearing?
